Hello all,
I am attempting to plot fibers with functional connectivity, but am having problems with the fiber visualization. It seems that I am either getting all or none of the fibers to show up regardless of the settings I use on the sliders, even when I try to select one region as the seed for connectivity. Brainstorm is up to date, and the functional connectivity method I am using is NxN correlations. Any guidance in using this visualization tool would be greatly appreciated!
