Visualize of imaginary coherence connectivity map in MNI space

Hi Sir/Madam,

thanks for providing this software as it is very useful to my study. I am current working on creating seed-based FC map using ICBM152 template. I calculated the 1xN imaginary coherence of the EEG signal after defining the seed. However, I am unable to visualize the FC maps of different frequency bands (alpha, beta etc). How do I change the frequency band for visualization?

Maybe just by moving the frequency slider?

I highly recommend you follow all the introduction tutorials at least #24 included, using the MEG example dataset provided, before trying to compute connectivity measures.
