I followed this tutorial https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/VisualGroup#Group_analysis:_MEG.2FEEG and finished "spatial smoothing" after projection. And I used these files to do grand average of source, but the warnings appeared. How should I fix this problem?
Please share a screenshot showing your database for the Subject Group analysis and the files that are being used to compute the average. As well as a screenshot showing the parameters in the Average process.

The warning messages that you are seen is because the source files to merge do not correspond to a trial groups. Trial groups are files that share the exact name but differ in the number of trial. e.g.:
To achieve the average of the shown files, just select the Everything option
