Hi @Suhas,

Check that you have write permissions for the following:

  • The Brainstorm database dir
    The path can be printed with the command: bst_get('BrainstormDbFile')

  • The Protocol dir

  • The Protocol database file (/ProtocolDir/data/protocol.mat)
