Investigators and trainees interested in advanced MEG and EEG signal analysis and source imaging.

Requirements
The participants are required to bring a laptop (an external mouse will add to your comfort). In order to make the session as efficient as possible, we ask all the attendees to download, install and test the software and sample dataset on their laptops prior to the workshop.

- Software structure, typical data workflow
- Onsite assistance in installing the material for the training session
12:00-13:00: Hands-on training
- Database explorer
- MRI volumes, surfaces and anatomical atlases
- Co-registration MEG/MRI
- Review of continuous recordings
13:00-14:00: Lunch at your desk (provided by the organizers)
14:00-16:00: Hands-on training
- Artifact detection and correction
- Filtering and epoching
- Averaging, extraction of a typical somatosensory evoked response
- Head modeling, cortical source reconstruction
- Regions of interest (ROIs)
16:00-16:30: Coffee break
16:30-17:30: Hands-on training
- Time-frequency analysis
- Functional connectivity
- Advanced scripting interface
