I created source_grid by clicking on common files -> generate source grid -> regular -> OK.
I exported the source grid to matlab and appended TF results to the exported struct.
I want to understand if there is a function which allows me to view custom TF values on the source grid ?

@Rasmita, you cannot add a TF field to a source model file. This is not expected and it does not make sense.
If you plan to manually modify Brainstorm files, it is necessary to get familiar with what they are and what is their content. Check the section On the hard drive present in most of Introduction tutorial. Here is the link to those sections for the head-models and time-frequency files
