Averaging segments of time-frequency maps

Hello everyone,

I have computed the time-frequency and ERD maps for a set of trials in my experiment. I need to to average in time portion of these maps. For example. I would like to average the ERD and power from 0.5 to 1s after the beginning of the motor imagery. I also would ike to see the topographical representation of these averages.

Is it possible to do this in brainstorm?

You can average time samples with processes “Average > Average time” or “Extract > Extract values”.
You should be able to display them with the same options as the original files (include 2D/3D topography plots).
