Bug in exporting files with same base filename

Hi

I have a problem with file export from Brainstorm

I have connectivity matrices for 41 subjects. when I put them in Process 1 tab and run file… export to file and choose the destination, I only get 1 or 2 files which I dont know relates to wich subject.

in Matlab command window I can see that it is saving all of them in the same file. so it overwrites the file.

would you please guide me?

Thank you for the heads-up. This issue is now solved in Commit: 766482c

Please update your Brainstorm instance to 07-Jul-2026 to get the fix.

It was caused as it is possible to have files with the same name if they belong to a different Subject or different Study. To avoid that case, the output file now contains the Subject name and/or Study name when it is needed to differentiate files.
