I have another question, does Brainstorm have a way to compare between the morlet-wavelet analysis results?

Hi @Sebastian_Balay,

Yes, Brainstorm have tools to analyze TF maps (obtained with Morlet wavelets or other methods), such tools include:

  • Aggregate in time domain
  • Aggregate in frequency domain
  • Normalization
  • Compute difference across files
  • Compute statistics between two sets
