I wonder if it is possible to compare the activity of two hemispheres in t-test or permutation in subject averaged ERPs ?

Hi Shadi,
In the sensor domain, you can compare pairs of sensors left/right.
In source space, you need to create matching regions of interest in the two hemispheres (or use pre-defined atlases) and compare their time series.
