Create head model from FSAve brain

I read this section, and what I gleaned from it is that I should use the BSt option, as the FS option creates vertices that intersect the inner skull - unless I edit those, but nothing is said about how I could edit them. Since I need to create a BEM forward solution, I am stuck with the BSt option.
Am I right?

Both methods provide similar results, you may want to try them both and choose the one that offers a more realistic mesh. E.g., with the tutorial MRI, the FieldTrip (FT) method provides a better mesh.
