I'm trying to localize SEEG electrodes by visualizing the CT image.
When I try to open the CT file via channel file ("EDF channels" in the screenshot), it keeps opening the T1 image, not the CT image. And this is the case with all subjects. Note, this was not the case a few months ago prior to the update.
@jihyeryu thank you for getting back.
When you click on the Edit... (MRI Viewer: CT_spm_reslice), this should open the CT file overlayed on the MRI. If it is not visible, go to the Surface tab and set the Amplitude to 0%. Let me know if this works.
Also as you might have seen that we have been trying to improve features in Brainstorm last few months to better facilitate the iEEG electrode localization. Some of these changes are a part of that and some are still in works.
Let us know if it is disrupting any of your previous workflow and we will look into it and make sure we integrate and handle it better. Thank you for being a valuable user of Brainstorm.
