hi francois i deleted a different protocol but after deleting it i am not able to load a different protocol which had all my important data its showing that has been deleted or moved.
Please help me with this!
Unfortunately, we can't understand what you've been doing with your database from this short description.
Maybe you had defined protocol folder inside another one?
- Check if you can still find the protocol you need somewhere on your hard drive. If you find it, load it with the menu "File > Load protocol > Load from folder".
- If you don't find it: get it back from your latest backup.
- If you don't have a backup, then it's time to set one up and start following the recommendations and reading all the warnings in red in the application:
