It looks like you didn't use the same constraints for the left and right hemisphere.
I'd recommend you use simpler source models instead: surface (as in the introduction tutorials) or volume (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/TutVolSource). These mixed head models are very complicated to deal with.
