Similar to: Drag search result to process box missing spectra
I dragged raw data and it shows [0] when I'm in the search tab, but it works ok if I switch back to the main tab.

I can't reproduce this behavior.
I tried the following, but could not find how not to get the files selected in Process1.
Can you please try to document a reproducible use case, starting from the introduction tutorials (or any other Brainstorm tutorial)?
