ECoG tutorial: vox2ras coregistration

Hi-

I'm going through the ECoG tutorial, and when I run the vox2ras coregistration, as recommended, the resulting correspondence is pretty bad (see image attached). The postimplant MRI is clearly displaced posteriorly and inferiorly with respect to the default one. If I run SPM register + reslice the overlap is much better. Is vox2ras still the recommended method?

I confirmed I can reproduce this error and will work on it next week.

I apologize for the response delay.
This bug was a side a effect of subtle changes that I posted earlier this year, very difficult to track... I finally could find the time to investigate and fix it: https://github.com/brainstorm-tools/brainstorm3/commit/823b6a5600c0e173a2a3e8d1a9c40072990b09ad

Please update Brainstorm and try again (you'll need to start from the subject creation again).

I am currently updating the text and screen captures in the tutorial page to reflect the last changes:
https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/ECoG

Thank you!! It works great now.

P.S. There is still a reference to vox2ras under "Edit the contact positions."

Thanks for reporting this.
I fixed it and added a few more sections regarding atlases and BIDS electrodes.tsv files.
Please let us know if you find any other mismatch between the documentation and the interface.
