I am trying to run a source estimation analysis in Brainstorm and am currently having issues. I have this analysis a couple of times before in Brainstorm and have gotten results this particular instance; I am having trouble. The only difference between this attempt and the previous one is that before, I ran my entire preprocessing pipeline in brainstorm. In contrast, now I am importing a MATLAB matrix into Brainstorm that contains preprocessed EEG data from EEGLab. Other than that, everything else stays the same. When I run the analysis on the new data, I get a brain that is empty:
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Hi, I have already run a high pass and low pass filter in EEGLab at 0.1Hz and 30Hz respectively, but even after trying both the steps you mentioned above I am having the issue. Any other recommendations?

We recommend filtering the data in Brainstorm, which offers more controlled filter.

Please post screen captures showing your data:
- EEG signals
- EEG topography at your time of interest
- 3D view with EEG electrodes + head surface + cortex
- Database explorer showing the recordings + head model + source files
