Export power and ERD to MATLAB or Excel

Hello Everyone!

After I have completed my time-frequency analysis, and computed the event-related desynchronization, I would like to export all the values for each frequency of interest (from 7 to 30 Hz) either to MATLAB (preferred) or Excel. However, I can only export 1 single frequency at the time. Is there any other way I can export all the frequencies of interest all at once?
