Dear Experts,
I would like to know whether we can use HCP Preprocessed files in Brainstorm and carry out source localization.

Sure.
See specific tutorial: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/HCP-MEG
We also used HCP data in the following paper:

@eflorin can be more specific if you have more questions.
No, there is no documentation for importing pre-processed files from the HCP-MEG database.
I think @eflorin tried to do it.
Esther: Can you please share you experience? - Thanks
Hi, yes I did do it. In my experience it was possible to load the preprocessed data as a fieldtrip structure. I then did based on this standard source reconstruction in brainstorm. I could not - however - import the lead field or the source reconstruction from the HCP distribution. In addition note that I only worked on the resting state data. If you have more specific questions, I can try to help. Best wishes,
Esther
