I am trying to run ms-specparam on PSDs computed using the Welch method, as described in the last section of the tutorial. I cannot run BIC-FOOOF on these files. Am I missing something?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Hello @DianaCH, the model-selection approach for FOOOF is in the same process:
"Frequency > FOOOF: Fitting oscillations and 1/f".
You only need to change the Optimiztion method option from Default to Model selection
