Mapping the signal to noise ratios of cortical sources in EEG

Dear Mr.Francois,
I would like to perform an analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio of my data. The methodology is like the published study (please see: Goldenholz DM, Ahlfors SP, Hämäläinen MS, Sharon D, Ishitobi M, Vaina LM, et al. Mapping the signal-to-noise-ratios of cortical sources in magnetoencephalography and electroencephalography. Hum Brain Mapp. 2009;30: 1077–86. doi:10.1002/hbm.20571). Could I use brainstorm to map the signal to noise ratios of cortical sources in EEG, and how to do it?
Best Regards.

Hello,

The methodology is well described in the paper and I believe Brainstorm used as a library of tools can help you implement all the steps provided in the Methods section of the article.
