I am working with 8 EEG channels and one of them shows more bad segments than the rest of them. I would like to know if there exists a way in Brainstorm to mark bad segments in only one channel.

Yes, you can use channel-wise events:

Thank you so much for your answer! I am able to mark a channel event but still do not know how to mark a period between two channel events as bad because it still takes all channels segment.

This is how a bad segment of a channel is added.

Create a Event group starting with BAD_

Select the desired segment, and right-click on the channel for which you want to add the channel-wise event, select Add/delete channel event

Channel-wise event is created
