I am doing MRI structural analysis using Brainsuite. Now I got a .dfs file of my group with statistic information in it (correlation).
How to input Brainsuite .dfs surface files into Brainstorm and use Brainstorm to do multiple comparison corrections?
And how can I limit the minimum cluster size?

You can import the full Brainsuite segmentation folder quite easily:

As for the statistics, I’m not sure what you are referring to. There are no tools to process structural information in Brainstorm…
All the tests you can run are simple Student’s t-test between MEG/EEG/source maps, individually for each time point. There is no cluster-based analysis.
