MVPA Machine Learning Analysis on MEG Time-Frequency Data

Hi,

I am looking for ways to perform MVPA analysis on MEG time-frequency (TF) data in Brainstorm (BS). I have gone through the BS MVPA tutorial but couldn't find any way to conduct MVPA on TF data. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed with this?

This is not something that can be done in Brainstorm at the moment.
The idea with this tutorial was to use minimally-processed data. The more you process the data you provide to the classifier, the more you lower your chances to be able to discriminate between different experimental conditions.
If you really want to perform this analysis on a single frequency band, you could maybe band-filter your signals first.
