Overlaying connectivity graphs

Hello ,

I need to compare connectivity graphs of two different conditions. I have averaged both conditions separately and now I want to overlay these two averages while choosing special Atlas areas. however although there is an option in the display tab, I couldn’t do it. may I have a guide from you guys please?

Do you have an example of the figure that you want to create?

Overlaying the connectivity graphs may result in a confusing figure, as the same edge will be painted twice.

like these two graphs from two different conditions. if they are overlayed, the lines must be defined in different colors. however as I noticed the units and thresholds are different and I cant unify them

If the issue is the range of the colorbar, you can set it to custom, and set it the same for both figures

By overlaying, I understood that you want to plot chords (edges) from both conditions in the same circle. That is why I mentioned that that representation may be confusing.
