Is it possible to overlay the PET on the cortex with the SEEG electrodes?

You can overlay the PET volumes (.nii files) on the MRI, just like documented in the tutorials for the post-implantation images:

Interpolating the PET values on the cortex surface is not something that Brainstorm can do at the moment. You can maybe find solutions to do this with FreeSurfer or SPM/CAT...
