I would like to prepare some automated analysis in Brainstorm (via scripting). For the majority of the MEG analyses I know how to do it (Run > Whatever process > Generate m script), but regarding the anatomical processess, I need some help (e.g., keep only certain scouts, reduce the number of vertices…), as many of them are not available in “Run” menu, and I can only perform these steps by left clicking in each subject.
That is, I am able to perform the steps 2.1 to 2.4 in the attached Figure manually, but there is a way to automatize it, or generate somehow scripts that do it automatically?
