Shared full sEEG localization workflow with collaborator

Hello,

I would like to “divide and conquer” the task of sEEG localization with a collaborator. I have already segmented the MRI and coregistered the CT as per the documentation. I would like to share these files with a collaborator who can help with sEEG contact labeling and verification of the labels I already created.

What is the best way to share the MRI, CT, and sEEG contact labels? A similar problem would be a case where I am working on a separate desktop and want to work on some subjects on the other computer.

They do not have to synced since we can discuss the division and then merge our work at the end.

  1. Once the MRI and CT are coregisterd, you can share the volumes (right-click > File > Export to file) with their fiducials, and share them with your colleague.

  2. Perform the implantation for the electrodes, each on their own set of electrodes.

  3. One each side, export the sEEG locations as a .tsv file using the format EEG: BIDS electrodes.tsv, subject space mm (*.tsv) which corresponds to world coordinates

  4. Merge the two .tsv files into one.

  5. Use the merged .tsv one to set the locations of the sEEG electrodes using the format EEG: BIDS electrodes.tsv, subject space mm (*.tsv). If you are asked by the scaling, select 1, as the locations are already in [mm]
