Show directional functional connectivity

Hi everybody,
I have extracted the functional connectivity using the correlation method and shown them in graphs
How can I show these functional connectivity in a directional mode ??
Is it possible to show these direction of functional connections in other methods such as coherence and fuzzy lock?

There is no notion of directionality with the correlation measure.

Coherence has no concept of direction either.
I don't know what fuzzy lock is.
Granger causality provides measures with a direction.

Hi,
thanks for your reply
in Granger causality how can i appear directions ?? because i can't find the option which shows direction

It shows connections FROM the lowest color in the colorbar TO the highest.

We are in the process of updating these tools. Major updates to the display of these connectivity graphs will be pushed in the next few days.
