There isn’t a lot of tutorials on coherence nor wPLi

I ran into some problems when I tried to ship it .I am working on resting MEG data and I computed the sources by using Minimum source imaging (current density map).and the i chose Phase locking value 1*N.

The program tells me line80: * switch expressions must be scalar or character vectors.Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

  • The parameters that are used in the Phase looking value 1xN [2023] (you could share a screenshot of the GUI)

The problem is that FieldTrip is in the Matlab path and it overrides Matlab's fir1 function.
