Hello everyone, I want to use the aal_116 brain atlas to calculate the EEG time series and connectivity at the EEG ROI level. How should I proceed? I can already import the template, but I don't know what to do next
Hi @123abc,
The AAL is a anatomical parcellation that could be used to generate an volume (scout) atlas.

Scout atlases are used to analyze brain activity at the source level, thus they cannot be used directly on EEG data.
If you are a new Brainstorm user, we recommend you start by following the introduction tutorials first (section "Get started" on the tutorial page), using the example dataset that is provided. By doing this you would get familiar with Brainstorm capabilities, features and jargon.
