The probe locations are wrong

Hello all,

I’ve just started using Brainstorm to analyze NIRx Scout data (recorded by NIRStar). I successfully imported the motor 16x16 data into Brainstorm, but the probe locations appear to be incorrect (see attached display). I’ve already added the digpts file to the data folder.

Could you please advise on how I can fix this issue?

Thank you for your help.

I also looked into another topic: NIRstorm: Importing NIRx files. The sfnirs file was created by the NIRx NIRSport 2 system and Aurora fNIRS, instead of the NIRx NIRScout system and NIRStar. The probes display correctly in Brainstorm in this case.
