After updating brainstorm. When I try to obtain this time contact sheet coronal I obtain this image.
I don't know if this is actually a bug or my mistake.

These are the volume scouts and their labels. They were shown as last time the 3D view of the MRI sliced was configured to show them. Info about volume scouts and volume atlases can be found in here:

In this update, commit 4cd86e5. When a contactsheet is now started from the MRI viewer this scouts and their labels are not visible. Update your Brainstorm to get the new behaviour.

I have this coordintaes 97x72x45 so I get these contact sheet. (see below)
Only sagittal is correct.
It seems no cerebellum because the coordinates seem to be the default ones for brainstorm when you open the source estimates. I don't know if that is correct.
There was a bug as current slide positions were ignored at creating the contact sheet.
(Saggital was correct as it was the origin of that axis SCS, y = 0)
This is now fixed at: 8a58e51. Update your Brainstorm to 16-may-2024
