Time-defined specparam, multiple subjects

Hi,

For my research, I want to calculate the PSD and run the specparam pipeline on segments of 5 seconds of EEG data to be able to compare parameters over time. As I have 33 patients and several EEG recordings of more than 100s of each patient, this results in very large quantities of data needed. Does anyone have any advice on how to best handle these large amounts of data in brainstorm? Thank you in advance!

Brainstorm can handle all these Subjects and Epochs without any trouble, either in the GUI or by creating your own scripts.

However, the approach you describe is very similar to the results that can be obtained using SPRiNT (Spectral Parameterization Resolved in Time), take a look to this page:
