Hello,
I encountered a question: When I increased the number of voxels in MATLAB based on specific locations, what adjustments should I make to bring them back into Brainstorm? Should I just change the Gain and location? Could you guide me through this process.
If voxels you mean the source vertices in a 3D grid for the head model, the answer is yes.
You need to set Location
and Gain
fields. If you vertices belong to a surface, you will need to set as well the GridOrient
field.
Check this link for information in the other links of the headmodel file.

Thank you for answering.
I had another question and that is: if I use Less Vertices for 15002 and decrease it to 200 and then use compute head model. After all these things are done, I will come and replace my desired Location, Gain and Gridorient. Does this not cause a problem in order to get the right head model for visualization? and Will we have the head shape with 200 Vertices?
