Hi, Francois!
Is ir possible two protocols become one? I have been doing some background research in tutorial 1 and forum but has not given any information on this point. I need mix healthy control`s and patient´s protocols to compared neural sources into BrainStorm. I have already done this comparison in SPM but I would like to check the signal plotting both groups.
Thanks in advance,
Esteban
Hi Esteban,
Yes, it is possible. However there is not an GUI option to do this.
Check the instructions in this post:
Dear Anna,
Yes, it is possible, but be very careful with this, backup all your data before trying. Let’s say you want to merge on computer A the data that is currently on computer A and computer B.
On computers A and B, make sure the protocols are configured in exactly in the same way (the options of the subjects you get when you right-click on a subject > Edit subject)
On computer A, make a full copy of the protocol folder
On computers A and B, menu File > Remove protocol > Only detach from …
Be very careful with this, backup all your data before trying.
Other important points to have a trouble-free merge:
Protocols A and B should be configured in exactly in the same way.
Right-click in the top node > Edit protocol to see the Protocol configuration
To avoid overwritting Subjects, be sure there are not duplicated Subject names
If Subjects use default anatomy , this default anatomy should be the same in both protocols
Best,
Raymundo
