Updating raw file paths in protocol

Hi François,

We had a major upgrade of our file system at my institute, which results in changing paths to the protocol folders.
For the first case I have to deal with, after reimporting the protocol into brainstorm, I get missing files warnings for raw files. Do you have a tool I could use to update the protocol content, or could you tell me where I need to go and change the paths to raw files in order to avoid this warning ?

Hi Max,

One solution before moving everything was to use this menu "Copy raw files to database", to make the database portable, but this is probably too late:

To avoid the these warnings, you need to edit the "Link to raw files":

• Get all the raw files from your database with a search:
  https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/PipelineEditor#Search_Database
• Loop through them: load the data_0raw_...mat file, edit the field .F.filename, save the file:
  https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/EventMarkers#On_the_hard_drive
