Using "Extract values" on functional connectivity matrices (TF files)

Greetings BST Community,

I calculated AEC from my samples, and would now like to extract all the data so I can then export it to matlab and use that structure for my statistical analyses.

I drag all my participants into the bottom panel (with the time-freq option selected and the prefix I've used, so all this looks good). I then go to the extract option:

But then I run into this error:

It's been a while since I've done this, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong with how I'm going about extracting the desired matlab structure, or if this suggests somethings wrong with my functional connectivity result files.

Hello @pdhami, thanks for the reporting this issue. There was a bug at extracting TF values when only one timeband was used. This is now fixed at Commit 0c767ad.

Please update your Brainstorm instance to get the fix.
