MEG / EEG
Our work on magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG) is conducted in collaboration with Dr. John C. Mosher at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Comparative fMRI studies are being conducted with Manbir Singh of the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Engineering at USC. Additional EEG and MEG collaborators include Drs. William Sutherling and Deborah Arthur at the Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California, Dr. Sylvain Baillet at the Cognitive Neuroscience & Brain Imaging Laboratory in Paris, the Biophysics Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Greg Simpson and colleagues at the Dynamic Neuroimaging Laboratory at the University of California at San Francisco, and Masatake Kawada at the University of Tokushima.
PET
Our work on the development and evaluation of image reconstruction methods for clinical and small animal Positron Emission Tomography is conducted in collaboration with the USC PET center under the direction of Peter Conti, Simon Cherry in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of California at Davis, and Ariion Chatziioannou at the Crump Institute for Biological Imaging at UCLA.
Image Analysis
Our work on image analysis is conducted in collaboration with the Laboratory of NeuroImaging (LONI) directed by Arthur Toga. In particular we work with David Shattuck and Paul Thompson at LONI on automated segmentation, labelling and parameterization of cortical and other structures.
