The Biomedical Imaging Group at [[http://www.usc.edu|USC]] is based in the [[http://sipi.usc.edu/|Signal and Image Processing Institute]]. We are dedicated to the development of computational methodology for the formation and analysis of biomedical images. We are currently focused on three main topics: the analysis of structural brain imaging data, spatio-temporal modeling of brain activity using electrophysiological data (EEG, MEG and depth recordings), and molecular imaging with PET. The BIG lab emphasizes development and distribution of software implementations of our methods – see in particular links to the BrainSuite and BrainStorm software at left.''' ''' |
