The Biomedical Imaging Group at USC is based in the Signal and Image Processing Institute. We are dedicated to the development of computational methodology for the formation and analysis of biomedical images. We are currently focused on three main topics:
- The analysis of structural brain imaging data
- Spatio-temporal modeling of brain activity using electrophysiological data (EEG, MEG and depth recordings)
- Molecular imaging with PET
