Create scouts based on volume source

Hi:
we need to create scouts based on volume. an warning appeared after source computing, it says we need to open a 3D figure before creating scouts. according, we open a 3D figure. However, scouts still cannot be created.
need your help. many thanks.

we have successfully created scouts after reading the tutorials. Many thanks ! Now, we estimated the sources separately for mutiple subjects. As you have recommeded in the tutorial, we also creatde a source grid at the template level and project to the individual subject spaces. Another question appeared: we're not sure if "standardize" and "rectify" were needed as that in surfce source processing.
