Brainstorm currently does not support modelling of non-uniform spaced electrodes currently. See :

As @edelaire rightly pointed out, Brainstorm does not currently support non-uniformly spaced electrodes directly. However, there is a practical workaround that can help you achieve the same result.

Steps are as follows:

1. Create a 18 contact uniform electrode (you can choose the DIXI 08-18AM Microdeep from the already available list of models in Brainstorm).

2. Manually move the contacts that are out of place to their correct position.
   Tutorial: Edit the contacts position
