Unable to load SEEG onto MRI viewer

Hello,

I am having trouble visualising my plotted SEEG electrodes on the MRI viewer.

I first started by creating a protocol and then added the subject. I then imported a T1 MRI scan and a co-registered CT scan (post op CT scan with sEEG electrodes co-registered with the T1 MRI). Following that, I plotted each electrodes using the CT scan.

Usually, once completed, if I right click ontot the subject > MRI viewer > T1 MRI, I should be able to see the electrodes (plotted from the CT scan) onto the MRI scan.
This time, however, I am not able to see the plotted sEEG electrodes onto the MRI.

Do you have any tips?

By doing this only the MRI will be displayed.

If you want just to display the CT volume on the MRI. On the Anatomy view right-click the CT volume > Display > Overlay on default MRI ( MRI Viewer)

If you want to display the SEEG electrodes which positions have been already set, either on the CT volume or with the assitantace of an iso surface from the CT volume. Just double-click on the SEE/ECGO (N) in the Implantation folder.
