During the AI Epilepsy 2024 workshop in step 6 we created the 3 compartment BEM model for our subject but then we continued using a cortical surface mesh and not the BEM mesh. How did we get the cortical mesh?
The BEM surfaces are generated to create an accurate head model of the head. As they provide information on the conductivity tissues in the head. On its side, the cortical mesh is used as the source space, i.e., the places where the source dipoles will are located.
