FieldTrip DICS

This tutorial explains how to use the FieldTrip DICS function in Brainstorm.

Requirements

• Background: You will need to have completed the introduction tutorials up to "Tutorial 22: Source estimation" before undertaking this tutorial.

• Dataset: This tutorial is based on the introduction tutorials dataset, you need to have the TutorialIntroduction protocol still available in your database.

• FieldTrip: If you are running the compiled version of Brainstorm these functions are already packaged with Brainstorm, otherwise you need to install FieldTrip on your computer, either manually or as a Brainstorm plugin. See the Plugins tutorial.
