While in English the term bodybulding has been gaining strength over physical culture, more intelligible languages, have kept fisicoculturismo to describe the physical activity of the developing and control of one's muscles. Unfortunately, because of phrases such as "the brain is like a muscle", there has been a widespread denial of muscle status to the brain that was given by the King Stephen's royal decree: "The brain is a muscle that can move the world".
